Working in this premier luxury second home market, my clients come from all parts of the country. And, with each new ultra-high-net-worth client I meet, I hear the same refrain: life is busy. I am grateful for the life I have built here and for the ability to share this special place with others who appreciate all that our exclusive community has to offer. Telluride is a real town with heart and soul, filled with hard-working people who prioritize their quality of life.

Our luxury real estate market, like many prestigious vacation towns, absorbed an influx of affluent buyers hunting for refuge after 2020, spurred by the ability to work remotely along with historically low interest rates.
